2. Quotation and shipping arrangement
Shipping methods, packaging details, lead time, and logistics arrangements vary by product type, order quantity, destination, and cooperation stage. Final shipping arrangements are confirmed separately during quotation and order communication.
3. Documentation support
For suitable products, we can support quotation-stage communication with specification information, COA-related materials, and other practical documents commonly needed for B2B ingredient evaluation.
4. Order confirmation
Bulk orders are handled according to product availability, confirmed specifications, packaging requirements, payment arrangements, and shipping details agreed between both parties.
5. Returns and claims
